Expanded Project: Gnash Memory Manager Advancing Open Source Multimedia

Gnash is an open implementation of the Adobe® Flash® family of multimedia formats.
Linux Fund has successfully raised money to add OpenStreetMap support to Gnash by implementing the non-blocking loading of bitmap movies.
Linux Fund is now raising money to improve the Gnash Memory Manager in addition to its Gnash RTMP effort to bring Real Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP) support to Gnash. More information

VectorSection is a vector graphics translation system with support for a wide variety of vector graphics data formats including the de facto .dwg format of the Computer Aided Design (CAD) industry. Completed Project: Inkscape Advancing Open Source Desktop Publishing

Inkscape is an open source vector graphics editor that natively uses the W3C standard Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) file format.
Linux Fund has successfully raised money to enhance Inkscape's text tool to provide numeric control over kerning and other essential text attributes. This work was included in the August, 2010 release of Inkscape .48. More information

PCB is the circuit board layout component of the gEDA open source Electronics Design Automation suite, a complete set of tools for electronics design, simulation and pre-production.
